What to Expect on Your First Visit

Your first visit is thorough on purpose. Dr. John will listen to your story, review your health history, and keep digging until the cause of your problem is found.

Then he'll explain what he found in plain language - what's causing your problem and exactly what it will take to correct it. No pressure, no one-size-fits-all plans. Care is tailored to you, your goals, and your life.

What to Bring

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

• A valid photo ID
• Your insurance card (if applicable)
• Any relevant medical records, imaging, or previous doctor reports
• A list of current medications
• Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement

Insurance and Payment

Back 2 Health Chiropractic accepts Medical Mutual, Aetna, and Medicare. We also take credit and debit cards, tap to pay, and CareCredit financing. Our office is wheelchair accessible, including parking, entrance, and restroom.
